In a world of angry blogs, broken hearts and false advertising, comes a story of redemption.

I know this is going to seem like a foreign concept to most of you, but some people are good. And yes, even some angry people are good. I am astounded and befuddled myself at this truck full of good fortune that has come my way in recent weeks.

Here's what I'm talking about:

I'm competing in the San Francisco Comedy competition September 15th - 19th, which means I'll have to stay in San Francisco from the 15th - 19th and considering my financial history, I decided after it was already too late that I can't afford to compete in the San Francisco Comedy Competition from the 15th - 19th. But I'm doing it anyway.

Several of my friends who also happen to be excellent comedians have agreed to do a show for me, for free! A show wherein they perform, and I keep the money! Of course, I will be performing too, but I do that for myself all the time anyway.



So this show is September 8th (Wednesday) at the Comedy Underground. And by the way, I also have to give a shout-out to Ron who let me have that Wednesday, and at such short notice. Here's the line-up of good good comics who will be performing:
