Alone, but in a comfy chair.
Well I'm here, in the beautiful city of Berkeley California. Where am I staying? The Berkeley Budget Inn on beautiful San Pablo. The Budget Inn is exactly what it says it is, an Inn for people on a Budget. I haven't checked in yet because I was told that the "maid" was still "cleaning" the room by a short man who spoke broken English through bullet proof glass. I'll be testing that glass later. It's 2:30, I'll be back there at three to take a nap and check out any new graffiti.
Tonight I am hopefully going to get some time on the Showcase at the Punchline. I called a few weeks ago and spoke with "Molly" who told me to call back on Friday. I did just that, left a message and never heard back. Oh well, we'll see what happens. I'm going to show up anyway and if they don't put me up I'll just watch the show.
Nothing interesting has happened yet unless you count me having a mushroom cheeseburger for lunch as interesting -- and if you do, my pity is on reserve at the library.
Ummmm...
I'm done.

I told you it's hard to get time at the Punchline because there's like 50 comics trying to get up but you wouldn't listen so wag wag wag my finger at you.
While you're in Berkeley, walk up to Telegraph and check out the shops. It's a lot like the Ave only way cooler.
